Tea Can Help Your Focus, Relax, or Stay Hydrated

In my last two newsletters (here and here), I explored seven reasons I drink tea.

One of them is that I love the taste of tea and its abundance of flavors. There is always a new tea to try out.

However, tea also offers numerous health benefits and can be very good for you, as the following three reasons show.

Tea Can Keep You Alert and Help You Focus Without the Jitters

Black and Oolong teas have just the right amount of caffeine to wake you up and keep you focused, but without the jittery feeling you might get from coffee β€” I'm not bashing coffee, just saying.

If I have trouble getting going in the morning, I will reach for one that can give me a boost, like Breakfast Cuppa Black Tea, Organic Rise and Shine Black Tea, or Dark Heart.

If I need to focus, I will make a mug of Milk Oolong, Shangri-La Iced Oolong, or Organic Iron Goddess of Mercy Oolong.

Tea Can Help You Relax

Feeling stressed?

Had a long day?

Teas like chamomile or lavender can calm you down and help you unwind after a long day. They can also help you get ready to sleep.

All Tea Can Help Keep You Stay Hydrated

Did you know that many people are chronically dehydrated?

All tea can count toward your daily water consumption. What kind of tea or flavor doesn't matter, so feel free to indulge in your favorites. Drink up and stay hydrated and refreshed!

If I had to describe tea in one word, it would be Amazing!

I hope you enjoyed the 10 Reasons I Drink Tea series.

I love that tea is such a big part of my world, and I hope you will also make it a big part of yours.
