Yep, it’s that time of year again when we get to set our clocks ahead one hour. I’ve always been curious why they call it Daylight Savings Time because we lose an hour of sleep in the spring. Where’s the savings in that? I now have a “smart” clock in my bedroom that will automatically set itself to the correct time so I can’t accidentally oversleep. But the rest of the clocks in my house are a different story and have to be manually adjusted. Oh, the inconvenience. But the worst thing is how my body reacts to losing that...
