⏰ Did You Forget To Set Your Clock? 🔔
Posted by Dani Noto on
Yep, it’s that time of year again when we get to set our clocks ahead one hour. I’ve always been curious why they call it Daylight Savings Time because we lose an hour of sleep in the spring. Where’s the savings in that?
I now have a “smart” clock in my bedroom that will automatically set itself to the correct time so I can’t accidentally oversleep. But the rest of the clocks in my house are a different story and have to be manually adjusted.
Oh, the inconvenience.
But the worst thing is how my body reacts to losing that hour of sleep. I really have trouble acclimating to the time change for at least a week. I just can’t seem to get going in the mornings. I feel like one of those people you see in commercials where they stumble into the kitchen bleary-eyed, looking for their morning cuppa.
So, what do I do? I rely heavily on my Breakfast Teas to help. These delicious teas are just the thing to help me get going.
All of my traditional black teas, such as Breakfast Blend Ceylon, English Breakfast Tea, Imperial Breakfast Tea (my personal favorite), Irish Breakfast Tea, and Scottish Breakfast Black, all have unique flavors, making them taste different from one another.
They share, though, the lack of additional flavors. You only taste their natural, great tea aroma.
These teas offer flavor profiles from mild to robust and easily hold milk and sugar or honey if you like to do that.
I also carry Breakfast Teas with other flavors blended with the traditional tea base.
For example,
- Breakfast Cuppa Black has roasted matte and hazelnut added to a robust Ceylon base;
- Dark Heart is a Puerh with a hint of rose, plus it’s in a cute heart shape;
- Organic French Breakfast has a dash of vanilla added, and
- Organic Rise & Shine Black Tea is a Puerh with a pinch of vanilla.
If you’re one of my people who needs a decaf, I have you covered with Decaf English Breakfast Tea and Decaf Darjeeling.
So, stock up on these teas to help you through the mornings.
