Lavender Tea

Who likes lavender?

I love the smell, the look of the plant, and the taste of lavender.

Some of you might wonder if you can eat or drink lavender.

Yes, I do, and so do many people. It’s wonderful!

Two great lavender combinations are lavender tea, hot and iced, and lavender shortbread or lavender sugar cookies. These pair delightfully together.

Lavender Field

Lavender isn’t just for fancy soaps (which I love) and spa daysβ€”it’s a powerhouse of relaxation!

This fragrant herb has been used for centuries to promote calm, ease stress, and even help you sleep.

A cup of lavender tea can help melt away worries and transport you to a field of blooming purple bliss.

Beyond relaxation, lavender tea can support digestion, relieve headaches, and even boost your immune system.

Lavender Earl Grey Tea

I carry three fabulous lavender teas.

Lavender Earl Grey blends traditional Earl Grey with Italian Bergamot and adds lavender to create a tea with a bold, strong citrus flavor. It takes Earl Grey to a whole new level. Lavender Earl Grey is excellent hot but also makes a fantastic iced tea.

Lovely Lavender Ceylon Black Tea

Lovely Lavender Ceylon Black Tea is a high-end blend for all lavender fans.

We’ve combined premium Ceylon black tea with lavender flowers and natural flavoring to create an exceptional tea experience.

Enjoy this all-natural tea whenever you feel the urge for lavender. Lovely Lavender Ceylon Black Tea is delightful whether served hot or iced.

Lavender Lace Herbal Tea

If you are looking for a caffeine-free option, consider trying Lavender Lace Herbal Tea.

This superb blend features lavender, lemon verbena, organic spearmint, cinnamon, and rosemary, creating a slightly sweet tisane perfect for lavender enthusiasts. I enjoy having this tea in the evenings to wind down before bed; it feels like a warm hug.😌

Whether you want to unwind after a long day, promote better sleep, or simply elevate your tea game, lavender is a wonderful choice!
