Refund policy

Returns

Food items such as tea, scone mixes, syrups, and honey are not returnable. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • High Tea reservations and deposits
  • Events
  • Sale items (if applicable).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please let us know within 5 business days after receiving your order of any damages.

For approval and further instructions please send your email to dani@uptownteashop.com. Please include pictures of the damaged items and the order number.

PLEASE NOTE OUR STORE ADDRESS CANNOT RECEIVE PHYSICAL SHIPMENTS.

Shipping 

You are responsible for the cost to ship the item(s) to us.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
