💪🫖 Reasons Why I Drink Tea 🫖💪

Posted by Dani Noto on

When I first started drinking tea, I did it because I just loved the taste, but as I got older and realized how healthy tea is for you, it completely sealed the deal for me.

Here are four reasons why enjoying tea can benefit your health and why you should drink tea or drink more of it, LOL.

In the coming weeks, I’ll share six further reasons why incorporating tea into your daily routine can be so good for you.

Tea Is Full of Antioxidants

It doesn’t matter what kind of tea you like; they all contain antioxidants!

Green tea, white tea, and rooibos have the most antioxidants, followed by black and oolong.

Antioxidants boost your immune system and keep your cells healthy while making you feel great from the inside out! Check out my Green Cinnamon Twist, Silver Needle White Tea with Jasmine, and Organic Grandma’s Apple Pie Rooibos, to name a few great choices.

Tea Can Help with Weight Management

Want to lose a few pounds before the holidays?

Add green and oolong teas, which can boost your metabolism and help your body burn fat faster. It’s a phenomenal and natural way to support your weight goals.

Check out Organic Fit Body Green Tea and Jade Oolong.

Also, check out our dessert tea category, which can help curb your sweet tooth without adding calories. Crème Brûlée Black Tea, Chocolate Covered Strawberries Black Tea, Pumpkin Spice Latte Black Tea, Almond Cookies Green Tea, Honeybush Chocolate Cake, and Decaf Heavenly Hazelnut Black Tea are a few tempting teas.

Tea Can Support Your Immune System

As we move into the cold and flu season, herbal teas with ginger, tulsi, lemon, or echinacea are fantastic immune system boosters that help you fight off those nasty bugs and keep you feeling your best.

Check out Organic Immunity Boosting Tea, Cold Season, Well Throat, Organic Tulsi Cranberry Orange and Ginger Tea, and Organic Lemon Ginger Herbal Tea.

Tea Can Help Balance Blood Sugar

For those managing blood sugar levels, tea (especially green or black teas) can help regulate your body’s sugar levels and improve insulin sensitivity.

Add in cinnamon, and you’ve got a tea powerhouse.

Cinnamon can also help balance blood sugar, is a natural anti-depressant, and can elevate your mood.

Check out Cinnamon Spice Black Tea, Green Cinnamon Twist, Cinnamon Spice Rooibos, and Decaf Cinnamon Spice Black Tea.

I hope I have tempted you with some great tea choices that are delicious but also offer a lot of valuable health perks. So brew yourself a cup or mug and start enjoying the many benefits of tea.
