🧁 Dessert Teas Are a Secret Weight Loss Solution 🫖
Posted by Dani Noto on
Last week, I talked about how tea can help you lose weight, and I wanted to continue that theme this week.
Many of us start the new year with goals to be healthier and drop those extra pounds, and tea can help.
I admit it; I have a sweet tooth. I enjoy a little something sweet after dinner and sometimes even at lunch, but I try to avoid the extra calories.
So, in self-defense, I’ve got many of what I lovingly call Dessert Teas. These amazing-tasting teas have virtually no calories but can soothe even the most rabid sweet tooth.
Since I have such a large selection of dessert teas, I’m sure I’ve got something for even the most discerning taste buds.
Here are some of my black tea favorites:
- Apple Cinnamon French Toast,
- Chocolate Charmer (tastes like hot chocolate),
- Chocolate Covered Strawberries,
- Coconut Vanilla Cookies,
- Crème Brûlée,
- Organic Chocolate Earl Grey,
- Peppermint Bark, and
- Raspberry Chocolate Truffle.
Green tea options include
- Almond Cookies Green,
- Apple Spice Green,
- Coconut Kiss Green (tastes like a Mounds candy bar), and
- Green Cinnamon Twist.
In the caffeine-free and decaf area, we have
- Toasted Almond Herbal (tastes like a baked goodie),
- Snickerdoodle Rooibos,
- Organic Grandma’s Apple Pie Rooibos (seasonal and I still have a bit left),
- Caramel Walnut Shortbread Rooibos,
- Decaf Chocolate Truffle (with real pieces of chocolate),
- Decaf Heavenly Hazelnut,
- Honeybush Chocolate Cake (tastes just like the real deal), and
- Honeybush Peppermint Bark.
These are just a few, well maybe not so few, choices you can enjoy. I have a whole category on my website labeled Dessert Teas, so feel free to check out all the mouthwatering offerings.
If your goal is to shed a few pounds while still enjoying something sweet, I encourage you to try these favorites. Your taste buds and waistline will thank you.
