Love in a Cup | January Is Hot Tea Month

January has had an ice-cold start, and most of us have seen some frigid temperatures early in the new year.

January is also Hot Tea Month, the perfect time to enjoy your favorite hot tea.

There’s something so comforting about wrapping your hands around a hot cup of tea in your favorite mug or cup when it’s cold outside.

Cinnamon Spice Black Tea

In my world, and I hope in yours too, tea is more than just a drink—it’s a little moment of happiness. Plus, tea has some pretty incredible benefits for your body and mind. Check out these exceptional perks you can gain from drinking hot tea:

Tea Keeps You Healthy

All tea is packed with antioxidants that help your immune system stay strong.

I like to start my day with a black tea. My favorites are Organic Rise and Shine, Breakfast Cuppa, or Cinnamon Spice Black Tea.

Organic Ruby Oolong

Organic Iron Goddess of Mercy Oolong

Tea Clears Your Mind

If you feel like your mind is on overload, look to green, oolong, and black teas, which have L-theanine, a cool amino acid that helps you focus and stay calm.

I love Green Cinnamon Twist if I’m having a rough day.

If I need to focus, I reach for oolong, such as Organic Ruby Oolong, Milk Oolong, or Organic Iron Goddess of Mercy Oolong. They are perfect for mornings or winding down.

Organic Peppermint Twist Herbal Tea

Organic Lemon Ginger Herbal Tea

Organic Turmeric Ginger Tea

Tea Soothes Your Tummy

A cup of Honeybush Peppermint Bark, Organic Peppermint, or Organic Peppermint Twist tea can be your digestive best friend if you feel bloated or have an upset tummy.

Ginger is also good for upset stomachs, so look for Organic Lemon Ginger or Organic Turmeric and Ginger.

Organic Jasmine Bouquet Green Tea

Tea Loves Your Heart

Drinking tea regularly can help keep your heart happy by lowering cholesterol and supporting cardiovascular health. Yoga tea and Organic Jasmine Bouquet are two great teas for this.

Lavender Lace Herbal Tea

Chamomile Herbal Tea

Tea Helps You Chill

Herbal teas like Chamomile, Lavender Lace, and Calming Tea are like a cozy hug in a cup, perfect for relaxing and getting a good night’s sleep.

So, this is my philosophy: Tea isn’t just a drink; it’s love in a cup! It can be a daily ritual that can make you feel mentally and physically amazing. So put the kettle on and enjoy.

Whether you’re into green, black, herbal, or oolong, I have a perfect tea or two or three waiting for you. Feel free to browse the website to see all my wonderful tea offerings and find your new favorites!
