The temperatures are climbing, the sun is blazing, and that sticky humidity makes you sweat. Sounds delightful, right? Well, that's summer in the South. To beat the heat, I always keep a large jug of iced tea in my fridge. It's Iced Tea Season! Feeling a little meh lately? Looking for something new? If you havenβt tried Rooibos tea yet, say hello to your new cup of joy. Rooibos is a funny word that is pronounced: βROY-bossβ. Native only to South Africa, this vibrant βredβ herbal tea is caffeine-free, deliciously smooth, and absolutely brimming with both feel-good and health benefits. Rooibos has a naturally sweet, mellow taste that makes it incredibly comforting and craveable. Unlike many herbal teas that can feel thin or watery, Rooibos has a full-bodied, almost creamy taste. You can pair it with spices like cinnamon, cloves, or ginger. I carry...
