π It's Pumpkin Time! π

October just screams pumpkin teas to me!
As the weather starts cooling off, our taste buds naturally turn to the more flavorful fall teas, and pumpkin is a great choice.
I personally enjoy the robust flavor black tea has to offer, especially the fall favorites. If I'm in the mood for no caffeine, rooibos is a favorite go-to.
To tempt your taste buds, here's a bit about these teas:
Our Featured Pumpkin Blends
β BLACK TEA (With Caffeine)
Aunt Patty's Pumpkin Pie
This black tea tastes just like your favorite holiday Pumpkin Pieβjust in a cup or mug!
It's an excellent choice for a no-calorie dessert.
I also use this tea as a base for my house-blended Pumpkin Chai. Mixed with chai spices, it tastes like an oatmeal cookie ...yummmm.
Stop by and try one today if you're in the area.
Pumpkin Spice Latte
This black tea has the same great pumpkin flavor as Aunt Patty's but is a bit sweeter since it has white chocolate pieces in the blend.
This tea is also another great no-calorie dessert choice.
π ROOIBOS (Caffeine-Free)
Mia's Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake
This delicious caffeine-free rooibos is also in our no-calorie dessert category. Since it's caffeine-free, you can enjoy it any time of the dayβthink dessert for breakfast, or in the evening as you relax.
This is a limited-edition tea! When it's gone, it's gone for the season.
Don't miss out on this one!
A FABULOUS LIMITED EDITION
Another wonderful limited-edition pumpkin is my fabulous Pumpkin & Chai Tea!
Check out last week's newsletter (10/6) for more on that tea.
A Guilt-Free Beverage
I also love that black tea and rooibos are great options if you are looking for a low-calorie or no-calorie, non-sweetened beverage with way less caffeine or no caffeine than coffee or energy drinks. It's a guilt-free drink that plays a huge part in my day.
