⭐️ Are You Part of the Tea Movement? ⭐️

Posted by Dani Noto on

Over the past few years, especially since Covid, there has been a growing trend of people seeking to incorporate tea into their daily routines, creating a Tea Movement.

Every day people ask me what teas I like and drink daily. I carry over 160 different kinds of teas, so there's something for everyone.

Whether you are a seasoned tea enthusiast or just starting, I'm happy to guide you and offer suggestions based on your flavor preferences.

What teas I drink changes with the seasons.

As we move into warmer summer weather, I'm heading to lighter, fruitier teas like Honeybush Peach, an antioxidant powerhouse with no caffeine.

I also like Raspberry Green Tea, which is full of antioxidants.

You can now brew it in my gallon-size prefilled tea bags to have a large batch nicely iced and ready to drink after your morning workout.

Drinking tea after exercising can help replace lost fluids, re-energize your body and mind, and even help regulate your gut health.

If you like the calming aroma of lavender, you should try my Lovely Lavender Ceylon Tea.

For a caffeine-free option packed with antioxidants, my Blueberry Cinnamon Cobbler Rooibos is a great choice.

Both teas are fabulous hot but transition well into the warmer weather.

This may seem a bit outside the box, but trust me, these two teas taste phenomenally iced. So, feel free to enjoy them during the hot weather as cold teas.

On my days off, when I have time, I like to sit on my back deck in the morning, listen to the birds singing their beautiful songs, watch my dogs play, and enjoy a cup of one of my favorites, like Marvelous Mango Green Tea or Imperial Breakfast Black Tea.

I also love my new Decaf Serene Reflections Black Tea as a morning blend.

The new Tea Movement of people wanting to drink more tea has been fueled by a growing awareness of the numerous health benefits of tea. The most significant benefit could be that the antioxidants found in tea may help improve your immune system. Tea may also help with many other things, like anxiety, stress, heart disease, and high blood pressure.

By drinking more tea, you are not just enjoying a delicious beverage, you are also taking a step towards a healthier you.

If you are a coffee drinker who wants to drink more tea, try Breakfast Cuppa Black Tea or Organic Rise and Shine, a puerh blend.

Puerh contains a natural probiotic that may help your gut health.

These two popular teas have a bit more caffeine and a more robust flavor that coffee drinkers appreciate. You might also want to switch gradually and experiment with different types and flavors of tea to see what you like.

Don't be afraid to explore different types and flavors of tea, from robust black, puerh, and oolong teas to delicate green and white teas, and join the Tea Movement. We're glad to have you with us.
