🍃 Raspberries In Your Cup 🍃

Do you like raspberries? I sure do. I enjoy the actual fruit a lot, and I enjoy my Raspberry Oolong Tea. As the weather starts warming up here in the south – we’re on our way – my taste buds start turning toward the fruitier side of my tea offerings. One of my favorites is Raspberry Oolong Tea. This tea is filled with a delicious raspberry flavor. It is excellent, either hot or over ice. This tea is a Ti Kwan Yin rolled oolong, also known as Iron Goddess of Mercy (you’ve just met your quota for learning something new...

🍃 Caffeine-Free Lavender Lace 🍃

Are you a lavender fan? I wasn’t a fan as a kid, but now, as an adult, I LOVE the smell of lavender. I also discovered that I enjoy it as a tea which was a very pleasant surprise. I carry three lavender teas. Lovely Lavender Ceylon and Lavender Earl Grey are fabulous black teas. But the one I want to talk to you about is Lavender Lace Herbal Tisane. My Grandma started me on my tea journey when I was a very young girl. I can remember sitting at her table and drinking tea out of one of her pretty china cups when I was probably around 4. It’s been a love affair ever since. My three kids grew up drinking tea from a very early age too. In the winter, hot tea got us through the cold...

🍃 Why Do You Drink Tea? 🍃

The easy answer for me as to why I drink tea is that I don't drink coffee. And believe me, I tried to enjoy coffee but gave up trying years and years ago as I'm not too fond of the taste, no matter what I added to it. I also don't drink pop or soda. I don't want the extra sugar from the original versions or the chemicals from the sugar-free. Now tea. That's a totally different story. I LOVE tea! I love the taste, the health benefits, and how I feel when I drink tea! I can honestly say...
