🫐 Do You Like Blueberries?🫐

Blueberry Teas

Blueberries and summer just go together, at least in my world. And since my world has lots of tea in it, I’ve incorporated blueberries into some of my teas.

My favorites are

Organic Wild Blueberry White tea has a delicious, authentic blueberry flavor. The white tea base is soft and subtle, allowing the blueberry flavor to shine. I love to make this tea as a cold brew and pour it over ice. It’s incredibly refreshing!

Pomegranate & Blueberry Green tea is another great choice for blueberry lovers. This tea combines two great flavors into a delicious tea. I also make this tea as a cold brew if I want to enjoy it as an iced tea.

Did you know that white tea contains the same antioxidants as green tea but in greater quantity and concentration?

The antioxidants in both green and white teas are found to have many health-promoting properties.

They may help cardiovascular health and weight loss, may help protect teeth from bacteria, may fight cancer, may lower insulin resistance, may protect against osteoporosis, may help your skin from aging, and may help protect against Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s Diseases. More benefits are being discovered all the time.

Now, onto Blueberry Cinnamon Cobbler Rooibos. This tea tastes just like its name.

If you like blueberry cobbler, this tea is for you.

I’ve always drank this tea hot until a friend said she adored it as an iced tea. So, of course, I had to try it that way, and she was right. This tea is delicious iced, too.

Rooibos has high levels of antioxidants and shares similar health benefits to white and green tea.

And last but not least is my new Decaf Blueberry Mango Medley Black tea.

This tea has quickly become one of my most popular summer teas this year.

The smell and taste of this tea is fantastic. I like it hot but have truly been enjoying it over ice since we’ve all had such a wicked hot summer. This tea quenches my thirst! In case you’re wondering, black tea also has antioxidants and health benefits, so feel free to enjoy it and know you’re hydrating your body with something good.
