The temperatures are climbing, the sun is blazing, and that sticky humidity makes you sweat. Sounds delightful, right? Well, that's summer in the South. To beat the heat, I always keep a large jug of iced tea in my fridge. It's Iced Tea Season! For those of you who've been following me for a while, you know that I enjoy both iced tea and hot tea all year round. But during the summer, I tend to drink way more iced tea than hot tea.
