Are you feeling kind of blue or depressed? How about inflammation? What about your blood sugar? Do you need help regulating it? Do you want more antioxidants in your diet? How are your cholesterol levels?

If you answered yes to any of these questions you may want to consider adding cinnamon to your diet.

My cinnamon teas are a great way to do that. They taste phenomenal, pack a health punch a lot of us can use, and are naturally sweet with no added sugar.

Cinnamon is a natural anti-depressant or mood elevator. When I’m having a bad day I’ll reach for one of my cinnamon teas.

My usual go to is Green Cinnamon Twist.

This delicious tea helps pick me up, levels out my mood, gives me a whole host of health benefits from green tea plus lots of antioxidants.

Another top choice is Cinnamon Spice Black Tea.

This robust black tea hits the spot with cinnamon lovers.

People say it reminds them of a red hot candy. This tea is also loaded with incredible flavors and offers many health properties.

If you prefer a tea with no caffeine, I have two great choices - Cinnamon Spice Rooibos and Decaf Cinnamon Spice Black Tea.

These two teas have the same great cinnamon taste as the Cinnamon Spice Black Tea and Green Cinnamon Twist but have no caffeine so you can enjoy them any time of the day or evening.

I enjoy these two teas in the evenings when I want to relax with a warm, delicious and flavorful tea but don’t want to be awake until 2 a.m. due to the caffeine.

Here are a few additional benefits of cinnamon teas:

  • may increase antioxidants
  • may help reduce inflammation
  • may help fight infections
  • may regulate blood sugar levels
  • may reduce insulin resistance
  • may reduce blood pressure
  • may reduce cholesterol
  • may help gut health
  • may help with dental hygiene

Here’s to the sweet, warm and delicious taste of cinnamon teas and all the benefits we may enjoy by drinking them.
