✨ 🪄 The Magic of Ginger in Tea ☕️
Posted by Dani Noto on

Are you a ginger fan?
And I’m not talking about people with red hair, LOL.
I’m talking about an amazing root that can have health benefits that you may be unaware of. Pair it with tea and you’ve got a powerhouse.
So whether you’re slicing it fresh and steeping it in tea, or enjoying my tasty tea blends with ginger, you’re gonna love what it’s quietly doing for you behind the scenes:
Soothes Upset Stomachs
Ginger is basically the MVP of digestion. It can help with:
- Nausea (including motion sickness and morning sickness)
- Bloating
- ndigestion – It helps food move through your digestive tract more smoothly.
Sweet Ginger Green Tea is such a good choice because it combines one of my premium green teas with ginger to calm your unhappy tummy.

Natural Anti-Inflammatory
Ginger contains compounds called gingerols that help reduce inflammation in the body. That can be helpful for:
- Joint stiffness
- Muscle soreness
- General inflammatory conditions
My Organic Turmeric Ginger is a great choice if you’re looking to lower inflammation. It combines organic turmeric and organic ginger, making it an anti-inflammatory powerhouse.

Immune Support
When you start to feel under the weather, ginger may help to:
- Support immune function
- Ease sore throats
- Break up congestion
Organic Lemon Ginger Herbal tea is one of my go-to teas when I feel a cold or sore throat coming on. I add some local honey, which has anti-bacterial properties, plus it will also coat my throat easing discomfort—and let’s face it, honey just tastes great.

Heart Health Support
Some research suggests ginger may help:
- Support healthy cholesterol levels
- Encourage healthy circulation
- Help maintain balanced blood sugar
May Help with Brain Health
Early research hints that ginger’s antioxidant properties could support brain function and protect against oxidative stress.
Helps with Cramps
Ginger has been shown to reduce menstrual cramps for some women—sometimes as well as or better than over-the-counter pain relievers.
Pink Dragonfruit with Ginger is my choice here. I love the delicious combination of exotic fruit plus the tantalizing, slightly zesty taste of ginger. This tea is good served hot or iced.

If you love tea (and I know you do), try adding my ginger tea blends to your tea rotation and see how great you can feel.
Kindly,
~Dani
