This blend smells divine while steeping and has a wonderful citrusy, rich, buttery and creamy flavor like clotted cream. This is a modern take on a traditional British favorite. Superb!

175℉ / 80℃
Steep for 2-3 minutes
COLD BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:
1 Teaspoon per 8 oz of water
Cold water
Place in refrigerator and steep for 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on taste
