Honey

My honey comes from Dancing Bees Farm and is raw and unpasteurized, so it still has all the good stuff.

My local beekeepers have hives between Waxhaw and Monroe, NC, and supply me with what I think is the best-tasting local honey that contains antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals we can all use.

Using local honey can also help with seasonal allergies, so feel free to add a generous amount to your tea every day.
